Elton John’s summer holiday was probably more fun than yours.

On Tuesday, Sept. 2, the “Rocket Man” singer shared a series of star-studded photographs from his summer adventures. “So many laughs sharing our Summer with people we love. 🚀❤️,” he captioned the Instagram post.

John, 78, and his husband David Furnish, posed with Bono, Gracie Abrams and Bon Jovi while vacationing on a yacht.

Also part of their summer holiday were Beastie Boys rapper Mike D, Kit Connor, record producer Andrew Watt, Jarvis Cocker, jewelry designer Theo Fennell and Sam Taylor-Johnson.

In the photos, celebrities lounge on yachts, go out to eat, dig into a large cake and play Jenga.

The EGOT winner also posted an Instagram Reel with other glimpses of his summer. “After a little break from sharing our pics, we wanted to post some of our favourite summer memories – sunshine, sea and family time 🌞,” he captioned the video shared on Sept. 1.

John and his loved ones spent time hiking, biking and swimming, along with soaking in stunning views of the sea and lush gardens.

“Grateful for all the love on my sobriety birthday 🙏🏻❤️,” he captioned the Instagram post, which featured cards drawn by his and Furnish’s sons, Elijah and Zachary.

The vacation comes after putting out new music. In April, he released a collaborative album with Brandi Carlile titled Who Believes in Angels?, which was a shift from the genre hes worked on throughout his career.

“Eventually, I got a lyric about Laura Nyro, who was one of my idols. It just fell into place as a song. It was like she was inhabiting me when I was writing it. I just felt once we did that, and then we did ‘Little Richard’s Bible’ and ‘Swing for the Fences,’ ” he continued.

Added John: “What happened was my bad behavior and my angst brought the energy finally.”
