The actress was “arrested” by Sabrina Carpenter at her Nashville show.
Kidman also shared her own reaction to the moment on her Instagram on Wednesday.

Over three decades later, Nicole Kidman is still one of the most highly-anticipated attendees at any major red carpet. The iconic beauty and style chameleon consistently steals the show with a mix of leading lady-coded gowns and surprising hair transformations, but her off-duty style away from the cameras is just as enviable. Case in point: Kidman looked effortlessly elegant in a T-shirt and jeans for a surprise concert appearance—and fellow music fans weren’t the only ones taking notice.

In a video shared by People on November 4, Kidman could be seen getting singled out by none other than Sabrina Carpenter as the Practical Magic star made an unexpected appearance at her Short ‘N Sweet tour. During the “Please Please Please” singer’s stop in Nashville on Tuesday night, Carpenter continued her tradition of “arresting” people in the audience for “being too hot” before performing her song “Juno”—and the T-shirt-clad Babygirl actress quickly caught her eye.

Referencing Kidman’s AMC Theaters commercial, Carpenter teased her next pick by telling the crowd, “We come to this arena for magic, right?” The camera then panned to the Perfect Couple actress, who wore a bright red crewneck T-shirt and medium-wash jeans. She ditched her recent bangs transformation, instead styling her platinum blonde hair in bombshell curls. As the crowd began cheering, Carpenter feigned surprise, adding, “Oh my goodness. I expected to find love but not my soulmate.”

The “Espresso” singer asked a giggling and flustered Kidman her name and where she’s from, quipping, “But you live in Nashville, so if things work out between us, then I guess I’m moving to Nashville.” Carpenter also slipped in a clever reference to Kidman’s milk-drinking CEO character, joking, “You’re so Babygirl, I don’t know what to do,” before designating her as her “‘Juno’ girl.” Dedicating the track to Kidman that night, she also gave the star her signature pair of pink fluffy handcuffs to hold.

Kidman showed that the fan-girling was mutual, as she also shared the same clip from the moment on her Instagram feed on Wednesday. “Thank you @Sabrina Carpenter for arresting me,” Kidman wrote, teasing, “Call me when you move to #Nashville.”
