Kardashians vs. Jenners: Blood, Sweat, and Sibling Rivalry in the Ultimate Obstacle Course Showdown
When it comes to the Kardashians and Jenners, family drama is practically a competitive sport. But what happens when the legendary reality TV clan takes their rivalry out of the living room and into the backyard for an epic obstacle course face-off? The answer: sweat, trash talk, a few injuries, and a whole lot of laughs.
Sibling Rivalry Heats Up
“As siblings, we’re always competitive,” Kim Kardashian confesses as the episode opens, setting the tone for what’s about to become a full-blown athletic war. But this time, it’s not just about who wore it better or who has the most Instagram followers. It’s about genetics, pride, and a burning desire to prove who’s really the best.
Kendall Jenner, never one to shy away from a challenge, stirs the pot by bragging about her “genetically gifted” Jenner DNA. “I did this blood test, and they told me I’m super athletic and built for this,” Kendall boasts, much to Kim and Khloé’s annoyance. “But I’m athletic too!” Kim fires back. “We are the true athletes here!” Khloé insists, determined to show that hard work can beat natural talent.

Let the Games Begin
The banter quickly turns physical. In a spontaneous arm-wrestling match, Kendall’s “Hulk-like” strength shocks everyone, even as Kim and Khloé refuse to accept defeat. “You should be in a circus, you’re freakishly strong!” Khloé laughs, but the competitive fire is only fueled further.
Soon, the sisters take their rivalry to the volleyball court. The trash talk is relentless. “The Kardashians versus the Jenners—let me serve, I don’t know if you know what you’re doing,” Kim teases. “We are not genetically gifted, but we’ve fought harder to be athletes,” Khloé declares. The game is messy, but the determination is real.
A Bigger Challenge Looms
But a simple volleyball game isn’t enough for this family. The stakes are raised: a full-on Spartan-style obstacle course is set up in the backyard of their Malibu house. “We’re down for literally anything,” Kim says. “We can literally have a Spartan obstacle course set up in our backyard. Kendall and Kylie, take note!”
As the sisters prepare, the trash talk continues. “The Kardashians are way more athletic and stronger anyway,” Kim says. But the Jenners aren’t backing down. “We grew up Daddy’s girls with those Olympic genes,” Kendall points out, referencing their father Caitlyn Jenner’s athletic legacy.

Training Days and Setbacks
The sisters begin training, but not without setbacks. Kim complains of knee pain, later discovering she has a ruptured cyst behind her knee. “Ever since volleyball, my knee has been killing me,” she says after a doctor’s visit. “There’s this fluid that’s leaking out and irritating my muscles.”
Kylie, meanwhile, faces her own obstacle: a sinus infection. “It’s really convenient that this happened before the obstacle course,” Kim says, rolling her eyes. Still, the Kardashians refuse to let the Jenners see any sign of weakness. “We cannot let the Jenners know we have complications over in this room,” Khloé insists.
The Day of Reckoning
The day of the race arrives, and tensions are high. Team Kardashian is battered but determined. “We might be old, but we’re going for the gold!” Khloé declares. On the Jenner side, Kendall is ready to prove her claims of genetic superiority. “If I win, it just proves my point further, because I just beat three Kardashians,” she says confidently.
The obstacle course is no joke: low crawls, dunk walls, spear throws, towering walls, and the dreaded slip wall. Each sister faces the course one by one, with the fastest time taking the crown.

Khloé’s Run: Nails vs. Walls
Khloé is up first. She attacks the course with her trademark intensity, but long nails prove to be her Achilles’ heel. “I’m not willing to break my nails!” she says, skipping one of the walls and accepting a 15-second penalty. Her final time: 2 minutes and 48 seconds.
“I felt like I was really good on time, I just could not do the wall,” Khloé reflects, exhausted but proud. “I honestly don’t know if my sisters can do all that—that was hard.”
Kendall’s Turn: The Jenner Advantage
Next up: Kendall. With her long limbs and competitive edge, she breezes through the low crawl and dominates the course. “Kendall is impressive—her limbs are just so long, she covers more space,” Kim observes. Despite needing water and feeling the burn, Kendall finishes with a time of 2 minutes and 35 seconds, beating Khloé by 13 seconds.
“That was honestly the most energy I’ve ever exerted in my entire life,” Kendall admits, breathless but triumphant. “I completed it, and I beat Khloé. I definitely thought Khloé was going to be my biggest competition.”
Kourtney’s Fight: Small But Mighty
Kourtney is the last Kardashian standing. At 5’1”, she knows the course is stacked against her. “This obstacle course is definitely made for tall people. I’m at a disadvantage here!” she says. But Kourtney surprises everyone, powering through the obstacles with determination and heart.

“You got this, Kourtney!” her sisters cheer. She finishes just four seconds behind Kendall, an impressive feat considering her height and the course’s challenges. “I was close. I was four seconds slower than Kendall, but that was not a fair course!” Kourtney laughs, proud of her effort.
Victory, Bragging Rights, and Sisterly Love
In the end, Kendall takes the title, but there’s no bad blood—just the usual Kardashian-Jenner mix of pride, banter, and supportive hugs. “Kendall deserves it, she did the best,” Khloé concedes. “We’re not haters. And I would have won had my knee been fine, so we already know that.”
As the family gathers for a group photo, everyone is a winner for showing up and giving it their all. “Everybody go on there, everybody! Girl, I showed up, I’m a winner too!” Kim laughs.
The Takeaway: Family First, Competition Always
If there’s one thing the Kardashian-Jenner clan proves time and again, it’s that sibling rivalry is just another way to say “I love you.” Whether it’s arm wrestling, volleyball, or a punishing obstacle course, these sisters will always push each other to be their best—and have a blast while doing it.
Because in the end, it’s not just about who wins. It’s about showing up, having fun, and making memories—one obstacle at a time.
