The sudden deaths of adult star Gina Lima and her influencer ex-boyfriend, Ivan Cezar Ronquillo, have left their friends and followers shocked.
Gina Lima, 23, had built a substantial audience across social platforms, where she posted modeling and lifestyle content to more than 423,000 followers on Facebook and over 182,000 on Instagram.
Ronquillo, 24, posted fitness-themed photos and videos to more than 34,000 followers on Instagram, maintaining his own dedicated community of supporters.
The pair had previously appeared together across social media and continued to post about one another even after their breakup.
The tragic series of events now prompting police investigations and emotional public reactions.
Their deaths occurred three days apart, leaving fans stunned and asking how two young people connected by a past relationship could die so close together.
Authorities have confirmed both cases are under active review, but no official links have been made between the deaths.

Before his death, Ronquillo posted a series of emotional tributes to Lima, sharing photos and videos of the pair together.
In one message, he said: “I love you so much Gina, I can never do it without you by my side.”
The posts circulated widely online, with commenters offering condolences and speculation.
The nature of the recent online attention toward him is now a subject of police interest.
Following Ronquillo’s death, his family spoke publicly.
His father told GMA: “I really love you. I wasn’t able to hug you. It’s too late that I only hugged you when you were already dead. I feel bad for not letting you experience that embrace.”
Another relative suggested online criticism may have played a role in his emotional state, saying: “We are looking at the possibility that one of the causes of my nephew’s death… was due to the overwhelming number of people who judged him on social media.”
They continued: “I hope this serves as a lesson to everyone that you shouldn’t be judging right away, you should first find out the whole story.”
Police Lieutenant Colonel Edison Ouano confirmed that authorities launched an investigation into online harassment directed at Ronquillo after Lima’s death.
He also confirmed Ronquillo was never considered a person of interest in relation to her case – as suggested by some online sources – and had no involvement in any alleged wrongdoing.

Authorities stated Lima became unresponsive in a hotel room before she was rushed to a nearby hospital by Ronquillo. She was pronounced dead shortly after.
Officers confirmed items were recovered from the room and remain under review.
Local reports say a medico-legal assessment noted external injuries that were not fatal, along with fluid in her lungs and a congested heart.
However, investigators have stressed that her cause of death remains undetermined until toxicology and histopathology testing is complete.
Three days later, Ronquillo was discovered in the stairwell of a residential building.
According to police, the incident is being investigated as an alleged s**cide. The case remains open as officers review evidence.
Authorities have not confirmed any connection between the two deaths, and both remain under investigation.
