Chloë Grace Moretz Married Kate Harrison Over Labor Day Weekend Wearing a Blue Wedding Dress

The brides wore elegant wedding dresses and after-party looks custom-designed by Louis Vuitton

The actress, 28, and model, 34, tied the knot over Labor Day weekend, Vogue confirmed.

“A big part of the wedding [is about] sharing things that Kate and I love with everyone that’s going to be there,” Moretz told the magazine ahead of her wedding. “So there’s fishing, horseback riding and poker. Kate made a custom poker mat herself, so we’re going to kind of be leaning into it. Our second day is going to be line dancing and everything.”

The couple, who have kept their relationship largely private, both wore wedding dresses and after-party looks designed by Louis Vuitton, per Vogue. In keeping with tradition, the brides didn’t see each other’s looks before the wedding, despite being in Paris at the same time for their fittings.

Moretz chose an “ice cream” white custom jacket and trousers paired with a cowboy hat for her after-party look. Her “something blue” was her light blue wedding dress and veil, which was accessorized with matching long gloves.

“It just feels like me,” Moretz told Vogue. “I never really envisioned a wedding dress in my mind growing up, so when we started talking about what that would look like, I knew I would do something non-traditional, and not wear white, and kind of have it feel different, and I think it really does.”

Meanwhile, Harrison wore a bodice and trousers with a sheer overlay on top with thin metallic spaghetti straps and covered buttons running down the front for her after-party look. For her ceremony, she chose a traditional white wedding dress with a sweetheart neckline, birdcage veil in front and a cathedral-length veil in the back.

“The thing I’m the most excited for — other than being married — is that first look moment,” Harrison told Vogue before the wedding. “Having no idea of what we look like in our dresses, it’s going to be so special. This dress just kind of makes you feel ready. This design is perfect. I’m ready!”

Moretz added that what she was most looking forward to about marriage is “just being together.”

“We’ve been together for almost seven years and making this promise to each other in a new way, and exchanging these vows,” the Carrie star said. “I think it’s important to just stay every day choosing each other.”

Moretz and Harrison, who have been romantically linked since 2018 when they were spotted kissing at the celebrity hot spot Nobu in Malibu, Calif., first sparked engagement rumors when they were each spotted with rings on their left hands during a day trip to Disneyland in Anaheim, California, on April 26, 2024.

“Happiest place on earth, etc ✨ 💖 🐭 swipe for some terrible, out of sync heel clicks,” the actress captioned a carousel of photos from her day with Harrison.

Moretz’s ring could also be seen on her finger when she attended a Louis Vuitton event in Shanghai, China, on April 22, 2024.

In an Instagram carousel posted on Jan. 1, 2025, New Year’s Day, the Kick-Ass star shared several photos from throughout 2024, one of which left fans raising their eyebrows: her and Harrison at the beach with their fingers intertwined and a diamond ring on each of their left ring fingers — seemingly confirming their engagement.

Moretz sported the sparkler again on her left ring finger during Paris Fashion Week.

The newlyweds prefer to keep their romance out of the spotlight.

“I like to keep my private life private,” Moretz said of her relationship in a 2022 interview with iNews, before adding, “I’m in a long-term relationship. And I really enjoy that.”
